After removal of the stones and peels, the mango pulp goes inside the thermo-break where it is heated up to 90degree to soften the tissues and to stop the enzymatic activities. The cooked pulp is transferred to the super refiner where pulp is passed first through the sieve of 1.2mm mesh.
